Welcome to your own little getaway spot at Marina Del Mar in Oceanside, CA! This freshly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is tucked right between Oceanside Harbor Beach and the Harbor itself—so you’ll be just steps away from sand, surf, shops, and plenty of good eats.
After a day of exploring San Diego favorites like SeaWorld, Legoland, La Jolla, the Zoo, or the Safari Park, you can kick back here and relax. But honestly, you don’t even have to leave the area—there’s tons to do right outside your door.

At Marina Del Mar, you can soak up the sun by the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or wander down to the harbor for food, shopping, or just a lazy stroll by the water. Feeling adventurous? Rent a kayak, paddleboard, jet ski, or even head out on a fishing or whale-watching trip with Helgren’s Sportfishing.
When hunger hits, you’ll have options galore—from casual spots like Harbor Fish & Chips to fresh seafood at Oceanside Broiler, or even an upscale night out at D’vino, complete with gelato and wine.

The beach is right there too, perfect for swimming, volleyball, or trying out a surf lesson. Families will love the easy access to restrooms, showers, lifeguards, and picnic areas with barbecues. And if you’re still hungry after a beach day, stroll down the pier and grab a fish sandwich from the Tin Fish to enjoy with a sunset view.
This place is all about kicking back, having fun, and making your trip as easygoing as possible.

Parking on site is free for 1 vehicle per condo. Guest parking is available in the paid lots and free parking for 72 hours in the parking lot by the Crab Shack. No vehicles over 16ft allowed in the parking area at all. Tall, large and extended pickup trucks or SUV's will need to park off-site.
 

IMPORTANT - Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG.  Please note that once you have booked, you will be directed to SUPERHOG to verify yourself.  Please make sure this is completed within 3 days of booking and before check in.

Quiet Beaches:
Monday - Friday of Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept. There are some events scheduled on weekends during these time so check with management.
No Guest Parking on site from May until June. Only the assigned space may be used for your unit. Extra vehicles need to use paid parking lots or Free Parking area by the Crab Shack.
Q. Is there parking in the complex?
A. 308B There is assigned parking under the building. Day guests can park in the pay lot beside the complex. Overnight guests will need to park in the 72-hour free lot 1 on the east side of the harbor. This is on a first come, first served basis.
Q. What if I have an oversized vehicle?
A. No Vehicles over 16ft allowed on the property. Oversized vehicles need to pay for overnight parking in the camping area or in the Free Parking by the Crab Shack if available. 72 hours max.
Q. What beach equipment do we need to bring?
A. We suggest you bring your own  boogie boards, and umbrellas. Some of the units may have these items, but we cannot guarantee they will be available on your arrival.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the rental units.
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. All our units are non-smoking, including the balcony and anywhere in the complex.
Q. Is there air conditioning?
A. Each unit is equipped with either ceiling fan or portable fans to keep the air moving. There is no central or portable air conditioning.
