We are a full service provider, meaning our team handles all the details from permitting to providing an amazing guest experience. Once your setup in our system, your property gets listed on all the top booking sites like AirBnb, VRBO, Homeaway, Booking.com and several others. Our local crews that handle the rest from guest care to cleaning, maintenance, and more. You just sit back, relax, and collect a check!
SoCal Vacay recognizes that you have options. That’s why we put our focus on providing the best service possible to both our property owners and guests. Our longstanding reputation is what’s lead to our extensive book of repeat customers and happy home owners.
We follow the industry standard which is to base fees on a percentage of the bookings. Meaning we only get paid when you get paid. This keeps us tied to your success ensuring our interests never conflict. Depending on a number of factors the fee rate can vary. For more information on fee rates, ask for a property proforma and we’ll include our fees in the report for you.
No! We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our service that we do not require long term commitments. We just ask for 90 days notice that you will no longer be listing with us and honor all existing reservations.
Your property will be listed on all the major booking websites like AirBnb, VRBO, Homeaway, Booking.com, Expedia, and several others!
Of course! It’s your property and you are welcome to stay in it whenever you like. You can easily manage the dates you would like to reserve for yourself through our owner portal. We just ask that you honor existing bookings.
We go to great lengths to vet the guests that stay in one of our properties. We’ve partnered with SuperHog to help with this. You can read more about how SuperHog works to protect your property here.
The answer to this question is in our namesake! We manage properties anywhere in Southern California starting with Santa Barbara all the way down to San Diego. While coastal properties are more common, we also serve inland areas like Palm Springs, Riverside, and Temecula.
